We supply a wide range of chemically resistant filter housings (in plastic version).

Chemical resistant filter housings PRO-MILL – PMCH are used wherever classic filter housings made of steel cannot be used due to the process.

Our filters are ideal for the galvanic and chemical industries – for filtration of acids, alkalis and other aggressive, non-oxidizing solutions. Our housings are made of a wide range of materials – polypropylene PP, PVDF and PVC. The materials used for PRO-MIL PMCH filter housings can be selected by the customer. We can produce our filters from good-budget materials or from top quality materials such as Simona AlphaPlus polypropylene.

Our chemically resistant filter housings can be made to work with filtration elements required by the customer:

  • Filter elements (including activated carbon version)
  • filter bags
  • Degreasing filter bags (for degreasing baths)
  • Filter pads (including activated carbon version)
  • high-flow filter cartridges – for high capacities (high flow)

We design PRO-MILL filter housings for flows from 1 m3/h up to even 60 m3/h.

We make the filters according to our customers’ requirements. They can be equipped with plastic feet, with a driving system ( wheels ), with a mounting plate for mounting on a bathtub and others – according to the customer’s guidelines.

For bathtubs with high temperatures we make filter housings made of stainless steel.

For all our filter housings we supply the appropriate filter elements for the process.

Chemical resistant filters can operate on highly corrosive systems. They are used for filtration of acids, alkalis and other aggressive, non-oxidizing solutions. They are used to remove solid, gel or oil particles from the filtered liquid. They ensure high quality of the process and extend the life of the bath (in electroplating technology).

Applications:

  • Bath filtration in electroplating technology
  • acid filtration
  • alkali filtration
  • filtration of aggressive liquids (non-oxidizing solutions)
  • hot seal bath filtration in anodizing
  • filtration of degreasing baths
