Breathing valves

Breathing valves are used to protect process vessels from damage caused by exceeding the permissible vacuum or overpressure. Hygienic breathing valves for tanks manufactured by Pro-mill s.c. can be installed on top of the tanks complete with breathing filters. The use of a sterilization class breathing filter (microbiological filter) allows to separate the valuable content of the tank from the environmental conditions, while maintaining the possibility of equalizing pressures during filling and emptying of the tank. In such a system, valves of this type play the role of protection. The breathing valve of our production is precisely calibrated to a preset value of vacuum and overpressure after exceeding which the valve opens, saving the tank from damage.
